What an awesome experience. First and foremost I’ve spent my last 18 years working in customer service and I must say that Jason was extremely thorough, patient and professional when guiding us through the entire process, he’s one of those guys you could see yourself hiring on your team. Prior to arrival he did an excellent job of keeping me apprised on his ETA and expected job time duration. This has been a project I’ve attempted to tackle several times on my own but got burned out each time. Not only did these guys save me a lot of time but they also added value to my home and we can’t wait to spend many nights enjoying dinner on our covered patio as a family. Jason is an excellent professional and very humble human being. Very punctual and professional. Clearly explained what he was going to do and it turned out exactly what we wanted. He gave me advice on concrete staining for free which was very nice of him. He had a very good ear for listening to my questions and concerns and gave me a good price as well. A few months ago, we bought a house and before we moved in, we wanted epoxy in the garage so we didn’t have to move stuff in and out. Went with a different company for epoxy and the result was crap! We were very unhappy with the work and did not trust the guy to fix it so we got quotes to take it out and redo it. I met with Jason and he was EXTREMELY professional but also empathetic to our situation when he didn’t have to be. I made the mistake of choosing the wrong company but Jason reassured me he could do it right and make us happy. We chose to stick with a carbon black floor in the garage and beige epoxy in the courtyard. Jason was very, very thorough and answered all questions whenever I had them. He would start the day by telling me what they were doing and explained the steps. He would then recap everything at the end of the day along with prep me for what will happen the next day. He was VERY thorough!!! After flakes were laid, he had me look at them and feel to make sure I was happy. After the first topcoat was applied and dried, he had me feel it again to ensure I was happy. Once everything was done, we were blown away…we finally got the garage we wanted! Jason and his team did an AMAZING job with both our garage and courtyard…we couldn’t be happier! If you are contemplating on using Jason, please save yourself the trouble and go with Diamond Coatings. You will not be disappointed by the service or the end product! We will be using them when we are ready to address the driveway. Jason and team, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP AND SUPPORT YOU PROVIDED DURING THIS PROCESS!!!
