Diamond Coatings provides decorative concrete services, including epoxy flooring, concrete staining, polycoatings, pool deck resurfacing, and moisture barrier application. All services are subject to availability and agreement between Diamond Coatings and the client.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided by Diamond Coatings are based on project requirements and may be subject to change based on additional services or unforeseen circumstances. All prices are following the agreed-upon quote and payment terms.
Payment
The contract or agreement between Diamond Coatings and the client will outline payment terms and schedules. Payments must be made per the agreed-upon terms to avoid delays in service or completion of the project.
Project Completion
Diamond Coatings will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines may vary based on project size, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty
Diamond Coatings provides warranties for its coatings based on the specific service and materials used. The terms and duration of warranties will be written to the client upon project completion.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the project area, clearing the space of personal belongings or obstacles, and providing necessary utilities for the service.
Liability
While Diamond Coatings takes all necessary precautions, we are not liable for any damage to property or injuries that occur due to factors beyond our control during the service period.
Termination of Services
Both Diamond Coatings and the client reserve the right to terminate services by providing reasonable notice. Any termination will be under the terms outlined in the agreement between both parties.
Amendments
Any amendments or changes to the terms and conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both Diamond Coatings and the client.
Governing Law
